Maria Yolanda Bilé Nlang is an AI Engineer and the founder of Brise, a Brussels-based startup providing an AI safety and performance testing infrastructure for conversational AI systems. She has over 7 years of experience in data science and conversational AI, designing and securing AI assistants with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and customer experience.
Before founding Brise, she worked at consulting firms such as EY and Cognizant on projects in predictive modeling, customer intelligence, and enterprise chatbots. She has since collaborated with organizations including ING, ENGIE, and Rabobank to improve chatbot accuracy, reliability, and overall user experience, and regularly trains and advises both technical and non-technical teams on building trustworthy, scalable AI systems.
