Nico Decock is a governance and institutional architecture specialist working at the intersection of AI, leadership, and organizational design. He serves as Advisor to the United Nations on AI governance and institutional architecture.
His work focuses on how public, corporate and multilateral institutions adapt authority, accountability, and oversight structures in AI-augmented environments. Rather than approaching AI as a technology layer, he frames it as a structural shift that requires operating model redesign at root cause.
Nico is Partner & Research Director at BLOOR Research International, Chief Human Resources Officer and founder of aiDEAL – Architectural Intelligence for Designed Ethical Agency & Leadership. Through aiDEAL and his Delta frameworks, he develops governance architectures that structurally embed ethical agency, inclusion, and accountability into AI systems.
He is the author of Rewiring the Human Delta, The Arabian Renaissance, Flows and The Great Leap and was recognized as Thought Leader of the Year 2025 – Middle East.
