Prior to that, Nicolas led the Dream Tech Alliance, the first large-scale collaborative platform that supports corporates to innovate with, and invests in promising startups in Europe by leveraging best practices and mentorship among its network of Fortune500 corporate members and public authorities.
As a former social entrepreneur and laureate of the Prince Albert Fund, he previously founded the first independent price comparison website for supermarkets in Belgium.
Nicolas has followed executive education at MIT and Stanford Business School. He holds Masters in Management from the Vlerick Business School and the University of Clermont-Ferrand, as well as a Bachelor in International Trade from EPHEC.
Nicolas is also a public speaker in innovation festivals and a guest lecturer for senior executives at Oxford Saïd and Vlerick Business Schools, as well as an executive contributor and advisor of the World Economic Forum for the Digital Economy and Society.
He is an active mentor in the startup community and an expert for the European Commission under the Horizon Europe program, as well as an advisor and jury member for the European Innovation Council and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
