In 2019 she made a decisive pivot into IT, joining Materialise and bringing a rare, hands-on blend of business, marketing automation, and technical delivery. She rolled out a marketing automation platform (Pardot), coached colleagues to unlock its value, and doubled down on what she believes creates the biggest impact: strong bridges between business needs and technology choices.
Since 2023, Tamara has gone all-in on Generative AI—studying how it works, where it fails, and how to apply it responsibly in real-world organizations.
