Tom Vanderbauwhede

// Founder & CEO @ ReplyFabric.ai

Tom is the founder and driving force behind ReplyFabric, and a lecturer in AI at KdG University. As a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience, he combines strategic insight with entrepreneurial grit. He holds a master’s in Applied Economics (University of Ghent), an MBA from Vlerick Business School, and a master’s in Strategic Change Management & Leadership from Utrecht Business School.

Before building AI agents for shared inboxes, Tom built businesses — and momentum. He’s passionate about creating tools that give people more space to think, connect, and make a difference.

When he’s not shaping the future of work, you’ll find him on the football pitch, jogging trail, or padel court. Music is his second language: he’s a DJ, a producer, and a vinyl junkie. And as a true aficionado of life, he never says no to great food, wine tasting, or the next travel adventure.

As an ambitious founder, Tom is building ReplyFabric with intention and purpose, ready to grow the company and welcome brilliant colleagues who share the vision.
