In this session we will cover the different strategies on how to set up secure, managed access for AI Chatbots and AI Agents to your internal data such as ERP data, accounting data, CRM data, production data, HRM data etc.
We will cover the technical aspects such as using Text-to-SQL, RAG, MCP Servers, embedding and vector stores.
We will highlight the importance of cleaned, curated data in a data warehouse and how the data warehouse evolves from a single source of truth for BI to a solid data foundation for AI.
Next to the technical aspects, we will discuss the need for data apps to extend and augment the capabilities of AI Chatbots and AI Agents, especially for processes that require human interaction. We’ll discuss how AI Agents and humans become a unified team, working together efficiently.
Finally, we’ll talk about organizational aspects as well as permission & governance layers, in order to turn POCs into production-ready solutions.
