Mathieu is instructional designer at Acco Learn for Business. After studying Language and Literature (English-French), he worked as a secondary school teacher. He mainly gained experience as an instructional designer in the e-learning world. He has been active in the sector for 8 years and has developed training courses for very different companies, both in the private and public sector. Besides developing specific learning solutions (new software being rolled out, awareness-raising on a specific theme, online module to support practical exercises, etc.), he also supports organisations with more general questions: How do we get our employees excited about training? Can you didactically evaluate the learning material of our trainers? How do you set up a learning campaign? When designing learning journeys, he always starts from the learner and the learning objectives, in order to achieve an optimal learning effect.
